Dwight Russell Blackburn, age 63, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 in Sebring, Florida. He was born October 24, 1955 in Columbus, Ohio to Alfred and Ruby (Varney) Blackburn. He had been a resident for over 50 years coming from Bartow, FL. Dwight enjoyed fishing, old cars and trucks, and family time. He is survived by his Wife, Phyllis Blackburn of Avon Park, FL; Son, Kevin Blackburn (Carol); Daughters, Lena (Elias); Selena (Chris); Step-Son, James J. Easterday; Siblings, Bobby (Ann); Alfred “Louie” (Carol); Gary (Linda); Elmer (Terry); Jay (Janet); Ruben (Angela); Ricky (Lisa); Chris (Sheila); Ray; Sissy (George); nine Grandchildren and one Great-Grandchild.
