Dorothy M. Foster

Dorothy M. Foster, age 83, passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 in Sebring, Florida. She was born on April 16. 1939 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of Dorsey B. and Edna Lucille (Baliffe) Rose. Dorothy worked as an insurance agent, was a member of the Heartland Dog Club, attended St Agnes Episcopal Church, loved to paint, and has been a resident of Sebring since 1970. She is survived by her loving children – Ben, Greg, Todd and Rebecca. She was preceded in death by her parents. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm at St Agnes Episcopal Church on Saturday, September 10, 2022.
