Dorothy M. Bishopric

BISHOPRIC, Dorothy M., age 88, of Sebring, FL and Baldwinsville, NY, passed away on Friday, September 23, 2016. She was born in Derby, CT and lived in Springfield, MA until moving to Baldwinsville, NY where she resided for 39 years. She worked for the Eastern States Farmer's Exchange (AGWAY) before moving to Baldwinsville. She was a nursery school teacher in Southwick, MA and Baldwinsville before working for the Baldwinsville school district for 18 years as a secretary and payroll clerk. She was a winter resident of Sebring since 1984 and became a year round resident in 2002. She leaves her husband of 65 years, Charles Bishopric and daughter, Nancy and husband Russell Odham of Avon Park and their children, Kate Odhham (Kyle Kelley) and children, Kade and Kasen Kelley; William Odham (Rebecca) and their son Charles Odham; and son, Carl and wife Beth Bishopric of South Windsor, CT, and their children, Jesse Bishopric (Ashly) and their daughter, Autumn Bishopric, and Nicole Bishopric. A memorial service will be held on September 26, 2016, 11:00 AM at Union Congregational Church, 136 Butler Avenue, Avon Park, FL. The family request in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the church. Burial will be in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
