Doris E. Wetherby

DORIS E. WETHERBY Doris E. Wetherby, age 92, passed away on Tuesday, February 8, 1911 in Sebring, FL. She was born in Wallingford, Vermont on October 27, 1918 to Arthur and Anna (Preston) Wetherby. She was a bookkeeper for a retail book company; member of the First Baptist Church of Wallington, VT where she was the Pianist, member of the choir, taught Sunday School and was church treasurer. She attended Southside Baptist Church after moving to Sebring from Wallingford in 2006. She is survived by her sister, Sarah May Wetherby of Sebring, FL, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 14, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the SIM Chapel with Pastor David Altman officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service time. Burial will be in Pinecrest Cemetery, Sebring, FL at 2:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to SIM or First Baptist Church , Wallingford, VT.
