Doris Iva Lovelette

Doris Iva Lovelette, age 97 passed away Sunday, November 25, 2012 in Sebring, Florida. She was born in Vigo County, Indiana to George and Freda Pearl (Elwell) Miller. Mrs. Lovelette was a telephone operator, member of Sparta Road Baptist Church and had been a resident of Sebring since 1984 coming from Bonita Springs, Florida. Previously, a longtime resident of Big Rapids, Michigan. She is survived by her children-Arnold L. Lovelette (Charlotte) of Stanwood, Michigan, John H. Lovelette (Teresa) of Sebring, Florida and Samuel E. Lovelette (Stephanie) of Rio Rancho, New Mexico; 12 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Mrs. Lovelette was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years-Arnold C. Lovelette and a step-daughter-Arnelda Watson. Memorial services will be held Friday, November 30, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring with Pastor Mike Adams officiating Memorial contributions may be made to the Highlands County Humane Society, 7321 Haywood Taylor Boulevard, Sebring, Florida 33876.
