Doris Evelyn Auman

Doris Evelyn Auman, age 86 passed away Tuesday, May 25, 2010 in Avon Park, Florida. She was born in Mercer County, Ohio to William Anthony and Catherine L. (Carmack) Adams. She was a Teachers Aide, she enjoyed golfing, bowling, fishing, playing bridge, refinishing antiques and spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of the Resurrection Lutheran Church and had been a resident of Avon Park since 1984 coming from Ohio. She is survived by her husband of 61 years-John Jack Auman of Avon Park, Florida; children-Andy Auman (Marilyn) of Union, Ohio, Jane Auman (Leslie) of Madeira Beach, Florida and Mary Kay Spurlock (Blake) of Beavercreek, Ohio; 3 grandchildren-Ben, Joe, Becky and 1 great-grandchild-Reece and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. A memorial service will be held Friday, May 28, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the Resurrection Lutheran Church with Pastor John Grodzinski officiating.
