DONNY PENNELL STEVENSON Donny Pennell Stevenson, 73, of Townville, South Carolina, passed away Friday, March 18, 2011, in Sebring, Florida. He was born August 18, 1937, to Robert D. and Mary W. (Pennell) Stevenson, in Townville, where he had been a lifelong resident. He was a salesman for wholesale merchandise and a member of Dickson United Methodist Church in Townville, where he was Superintendent of the Sunday School for many years. He was the Recreation Director of Townville for 23 years and enjoyed farming; baseball, especially coaching Little League, and spending time with his family and all of the children in the community. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Linda Matheson Stevenson; daughter, Judy Lynn (Robbie) Bagwell, Central, SC; son, Donny Ray Stevenson, Sebring; one grandson, Joshua Bagwell and one nephew, Barry Stevenson, Townville, SC. A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 27, 2011, at Dickson United Methodist Church in Townville, with Rev. Michael Vandiver and Rev. Paul Cheezum officiating.
