Donald Lee Schoonmaker

Donald "Schoony" Schoonmaker, age 77, passed away on March 4, 2014, in Sebring, FL. He was born in Bethany, WV to the late John Raymond and Mary Pearl (Taylor) Schoonmaker. He retired to Highlands Ridge in 1996. He was a foreman at Consolidated Coal. During his retirement he was an avid golfer with a souped up golf cart; fulfilling his dreams. He was married for 43 years to Charlotte (Stasky) Schoonmaker, who survives him. He is also survived by his children: Rick (Beth) Schoonmaker; Lori Henry; Teri (David) Milhbauer; Penny Morgan, all from Brooke County, WV; Kris (Ronald) Hagy, Powhatan, VA; Wendy (Rich) McCullough, Aiken, SC, one brother: Raymond Schoonmaker, Toronto OH, 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
