Donald Eugene Hayden

Donald "Don" Eugene Hayden age 63 passed away Monday, August 27, 2012 in Avon Park, Florida. Mr. Hayden was born in Logansport, Indiana on October 23, 1948 to Robert and Margaret (Lehmann) Hayden. Mr. Hayden worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry in Research and Development, he served in the United States Navy during Vietnam, he was a 3 time recipient of the Purple Heart, member of the Purple Heart Society and a member of the VFW, he was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, he enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends, he had been a resident of Avon Park since 2005 coming from Martinsville, Indiana. He is survived by his wife of 45 years-Carol Hayden of Avon Park, Florida; son-Carl Hayden of Amherst, Virginia; daughters-Peggy Ambler of Greenville, South Carolina and Betsy Stevens of Mooresville, Indiana; brothers-Paul Hayden of Peru, Indiana and Dick Hayden of Indianapolis, Indiana; sister-Carolyn Perkins of Hagerstown, Maryland; 4 grandchildren.
