On August 1, 1959, Donald married Sondra S. Poindexter. Together they welcomed their daughter, Debra Daen, on February 4, 1960. Their marriage later ended in divorce on August 1, 1970.Donald found love again and married Retta Ann Manning on November 24, 1971. They shared many happy years together until Retta's passing on November 26, 2016.A dedicated and hardworking man, Donald was employed by Dalton Asphalt for 25 years. After the company was acquired by Milestone Contractors in 1995, he continued his career there until retiring in 2001.Donald was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Retta Ann Gray; his daughter, Debra Daen, who passed away in 2008; and his parents, Wallace C. Gray and Lula Edmunds Holcroft Gray. He will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery in Terre Haute, Indiana. Donald will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his devotion to his family, and the many lives he touched throughout his years. His memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved him.
