Donald Gene Atkinson

Donald Gene Atkinson, 81, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2014 in Sebring, FL. He was born to the late Rudolph and Anna (Crouch) Atkinson, on August 13, 1932 in Mason County, WV. He enjoyed golfing, hunting and fishing and loved spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Constance Atkinson, children; Donald Gene Atkinson, Jr., Windfield, WV, Allen Wayne Atkinson (Phyllis), Poca, WV, Deborah Bates (Chris), Spring,TX, step-children; Pamela Minigh, Poca, WV and Paul R. Minigh, Blanco, TX, sisters; Elizabeth Myers (Ronald), Charleston, WV, and Carol Gunter, Charleston, WV. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Atkinson and his first wife, Beatrice Atkinson.
