Diane G. Bishop

Diane Bishop, age 84, of Sebring, FL, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2024.  She was born December 1, 1939 in Royal Oak, Michigan to William and Della (Petrovich) Garden.  Diane was a Wife, Mother, and a Homemaker, member of the Lorida Baptist Church, and has been a lifelong resident of Highlands County.  She is survived by her Husband of 68 years – Donald L. Bishop of Sebring, FL;     Children – Heidi Lee Bishop of Sebring, FL; Perry William Bishop (Janet) of Okeechobee, FL; Nick Bishop (Susie) of Sebring, FL;  Julia Bishop Mercer (Grady) of Sebring, FL; 9 Grandchildren – George, Heather, Sarah, Roland, Hamilton, KellieAnne, Andrew, Grady III, Hannah; and 18 Great Grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by a Granddaughter – Rebekah Jane Bishop Prescott.  Sisters – Patsy Murry; Anne Bedwell; Funeral services will be held Monday, February 26, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home with family receiving friends beginning at 10:30AM.  Interment will follow in Basinger Cemetery.
