Dennis Walter Koranda

Dennis Walter Koranda, 73, passed away on Wednesday November 18, 2020 in Sebring, Florida. He was born December 22, 1946 in Clinton, Iowa, to Walter Henry and Jenny Mae (Clampitt) Koranda. He had been a resident of Sebring since 1974, formerly living in Fort Knox, Kentucky. Dennis retired from the United States Army serving his country from 1965-1986. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge Highlands County Shriners and a ham radio operator. He is survived by his loving wife, Imogene; children – Christian G. Koranda; Corina McCollough; sisters – Rosie Dreessen, Dawn Robinson and Marilyn Durrance. Surviving are also one grandchild and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held at 12:00 pm until service with Military Honors at 1:00 pm on Monday, November 23, 2020, at the Stephenson Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring with Marilyn Durrance officiating.
