Deborah Ann Ljung

Deborah Ann Ljung, age 70, of Lake Placid, Florida passed away Sunday, October 3, 2021.  She was born May 28, 1951 in Wauchula, FL to Doyle Cody and Laura Joan (Quinn) Cowart.  She was a mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service, of Christian Faith, and has been a resident of Lake Placid, FL since 1996.  Deborah enjoyed spending time with her husband,  going to the movies, Halloween, and all kinds of animals. She also loved Pepsi, motorcycles, seafood, and vacations with her children and grandchildren.  She is survived by her Husband – Anders Ljung of Lake Placid, FL; Children – Amy Davis; Niki Pierson (Tim); Shayne Hansen (Jim Koblish); Courtney Winchester (Ben); Grandchildren – Christie Cord (Kalab); Debi Smith (Brendan); Taylor Marlow (Tanner); Connor Pierson; Paul Davis; Jordan Young; Alyssa Boggs; Cody Polk; Danica Boggs; Anniston Boggs; Avah Hansen; Makynzlee Winchester; Emery Koblish. Great Grandchildren – Landon Cord and Leah Cord.  Funeral services will be held Monday, October 11, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the South Oak First Baptist Church of Lake  Placid with family receiving friends beginning at 12:30 PM.  Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to Bridges for Life at www.mybridgesforlife .org/ donate.
