David Mayes Hull

David Mayes Hull, born on June 5, 1998, in Portsmouth, Virginia, passed away on August 17, 2024, in Lorida, Florida, at the age of 26. David's journey through life took him from Currituck, North Carolina, to Sebring, Florida, where he settled 10 years ago and built a career in construction.

David is survived by his mother, Peggy and stepfather, Gary Farabee.  He leaves behind his soulmate, Serena Tyler; his daughter, Riley Lynn Hull; his siblings, Mason Hull and Shane Hull; his step-siblings, Logan Hull, Gary Farabee, Shawn Bradley, Christopher Hartley and Destiny Bradley; and his grandmother, Sandra Yeates. He was loved by his uncles, Christopher Yeates and Butch Stevens; his aunts, Teresa Tugwell and Tina Stevens; his nephews Grayson and Brantley and his niece, Isabelle.  He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Hull, and his grandfather, Johnny Yeates.

An outdoorsman at heart, David found peace and joy in the natural world. He had a deep love for fishing and hunting, spending countless hours enjoying the serenity of the outdoors. Known for his loyalty, talent, and friendly demeanor, David was a curious soul who valued the simple pleasures in life, particularly the time spent with friends.

David will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, and in the quiet places where he found solace in the world around him.

A celebration of David's life will be held on Saturday, August 31,2024 at 1:00 PM at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, 4001 Sebring Parkway
