DAVID L. FRAZIER David L. Frazier, 68, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Monday, February 18, 2013, in Sebring. He was born on November 10, 1944, to Edward and Vivian (Shroads) Frazier in New Brighton, Pennsylvania, and had been a resident of Sebring since 2006, coming from Melbourne, Florida. He was employed in industrial sales and liked to ride motorcycles and fly airplanes. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Frazier of Sebring; children, Kim (Mark) Hobbs, Merritt Island, FL; Kristen (Clint) Taylor, West Melbourne, FL and Paul (Katie) Frazier, Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Garrett and Alex Hobbs and Ava Frazier.
