David D. Brown

DAVID DUANE BROWN David D. Brown, 75, died in Sebring, Florida on July 21, 2011. He was born in Worcester, MA, son the late Charles and Helene Brown. Dave lived in Auburn, MA for several years, moving to Sebring in 2006. Dave was a brick mason, Local 6, in MA for over 30 years. He was a licensed plumber for several years and then taught masonry at Bay Path Vocational High School, retiring in 2000. He loved exercising, petanque and horseshoes in Tanglewood. He was a member of our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Avon Park, FL. Dave is survived by his wife, Maryann of Sebring; sons, Dennis of North Ft. Myers; Russell of Auburn, MA and a daughter, Cheryl Duncan and her husband David; three grandchildren, Lisa, Alec and Kyle; brothers, James and wife Lisa; Douglas and a sister, Linda and husband Norman, all of MA. A Memorial Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 6, 2011, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Avon Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his memory may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice, 1110 Hammock Drive, Sebring, FL 33870.
