Dannie Lee Sanders

Dannie Lee Sanders, age 67, passed away peacefully in his home on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 in Sebring, Florida. Dannie was born on October 27, 1947 in Whit Well, Tennessee and has been a resident of Sebring since 1979, having come from Hollywood, Florida. He served in the United States Army during peacetime and enjoyed fishing, hunting, working on cars and spending time with his family and friends. Dannie is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara "Bobbie" Sanders, daughter, Di-Ann Plamann, son, Rick Watkins and survived by Robbin Jones, two brothers, three sisters, numerous sons, daughters, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was loved greatly by his family and friends and will be deeply missed. Memorial Service will be held: Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 11:00am at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, 4001 Sebring, Parkway, Sebring. At 12:30pm, following the service, a Bar-B-Que will be held at the family residence where family and friends can gather, reminisce and celebrate Dannie's life.
