Daniel Lee Bean

Daniel L. Bean, 79, of Avon Park, passed away Thursday, April 19, 2018. He was born to the late Donald R. and Audrey M. (Lee) Bean in Anoka, Minnesota on August 13, 1938. He served in the Army from 1956-1959 and was a semi truck driver for 33 years. He has been a resident of Highlands County for 8 years, was a member of the Pinecrest Golf Club, was in a bowling league, a motorcycle enthusiast and a family man. Survivors include; wife: Beverly Overbey-Bean-FL; children: Michael Bean-FL, Michelle Walters and Mike Seelman-NY, Lisa(Mike) Nolan-MN and Michelle(Patrick) Higgins-MN; sisters: Irene Warner-FL and Dorothy Hopkins-MN; grandchildren: Chelsea, Erin, Hayden and Tegan.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, April 27, 2018 at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 1410 W. Avon Blvd, Avon Park, FL 33825, with visitation beginning at 2pm and service at 3pm.
