D. HORACE CREWS D. Horace Crews, age 65, passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2011 in Sebring, Florida. He was born in Dothan, Alabama on July 28, 1945 to Denzel H. and Dovie (Bennett) Crews. He was a lifelong rancher in the Bereah Community raising cattle and growing citrus, attended Athens Baptist Church, and was a lifelong resident of Bereah, Florida. He is survived by his wife of 44 years Deborah Crews of Bereah, Florida; Sons Denny Crews of Ft. Collins, Colorado and Nathan Crews (Tina) of Bereah, Florida; Father Denzel H. Crews of Bereah, Florida; 3 Grandchildren- Gracie, Emily, and Garrett. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 23, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home of Avon Park with Rev. J.L. Howard officiating. Family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment will be in the Corinth Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Athens Baptist Church, 6510 W.
