Curtis R. Jarvis

Curtis Raymond Jarvis of Sebring, FL, passed away on April 28, 2025 at the age of 91. He was born on May 8, 1933, in Orlando, FL to the late Otis and Freddie Jarvis.

Curtis honorably served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. After his service, he built a successful career as an engineer.

Curtis was a man of God; proudly serving Sparta Road Baptist Church as a Deacon. When Curtis wasn’t devoting his time to his church, you could find him outside gardening, doing yardwork, playing the piano, or spending time with his family.

He is survived by his loving children; son Curtis R. Jarvis II (Diane) of Nebraska; Son Stuart Jarvis of Sebring, Florida; son Jerry Jarvis (Linda) of Massachusetts; daughter Donna Hernandez of Massachusetts; son David Jarvis (Paula) of Apopka, Florida; his daughter Cheryl Erickson of Tennessee; and his several grandchildren as well as great grandchildren.

Curtis will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.
