Coy Lee Kiker, age 70, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2015 in Sebring, Florida. He was born on March 12, 1945 in Fyffe, AL to the late James and Donie (King) Kiker. Coy had been a resident of Avon Park for over 40 years having come from Alabama. He was a member of the Union Congregational Church and worked for 30 years at Florida Hospital. Coy loved fishing, riding his motorcycle, fixing watches, and he especially loved his family and grandchildren. Coy is survived by his children: Jennifer Wisenberg (James) of Sebring, Timothy Kiker of Avon Park, Christopher Kiker of Avon Park, his twin brother: Roy Kiker (Flora - deceased) of Crystal River, brothers: Jerry Kiker (Kay) of Fort Worth, TX, James Kiker (Faye) of Kissimmee, FL, Hubert Kiker (Dorothy) of Avon Park, sister: Imogene Graben (Sonny) of AL, grandchildren: Lydia Weaver, Tristan Kiker, Allen Weaver, Nicholas Kiker, Isabella Kiker, Kaysen Kiker, and many nieces and nephews. Coy was preceded in death by his sister: Lillian Nichols. A Memorial Service will be held at 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at the Union Church in Avon Park. A gathering for friends and family will follow the service at Solid Grounds which is located behind the church. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to: St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital at 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
