Connie J. Wiederstein

Connie Wiederstein, age 56, of Lake Placid went to be with her Lord on Saturday, September 9, 2017.  She was the daughter of Ernest and Joyce Murphy who was born on February 20, 1961 in Centre, Alabama.  Connie dedicated her life to taking care of her family with unconditional love.

Connie and her husband moved here from Pittsburgh, PA eight and a half years ago.  She enjoyed spending time with loved ones and friends, house plants, gardening, caring for her animals and making crafts.  She was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and enjoyed watching sporting events with her husband.  She was a member of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest; brother, Tony and loving husband, Bill.  She is survived by her son, Mark; mother, Joyce; brother, John; grandchildren, Aryana and Christopher; daughter-in-law, Dixy and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.  She had many great loving friends.
