Connie Jo Prestia

Connie Jo Prestia, age 67, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 31, 2022 in Sebring, FL with her loving Husband and 3 of her children by her side. She was born on January 15, 1955 to Shirley Westfall and Joseph Teeter in Akron, OH.

Connie was married nearly 32 years to the love of her life and they raised 7 kids together. They also have 14 grandchildren. Connie spent many years raising them and living in Fort Mill, SC. She was focused on and dedicated to her family.

Connie retired from her life-long career with FedEx in 2007. She lived life to its fullest, and enjoyed traveling, shopping, gardening, visiting on the porch, and pouring into others in every way she could. Connie had a God-given gift and could make everyone she knew feel loved and important; She loved with an overflowing full heart.

She is preceded in death by her Daughter – Alana Marie Serek. She is survived by her loving Husband of 31 years – Edward Joseph Prestia, Sr., of Fort Mill, SC and 6 of their 7 Children – Edward Joseph Prestia, Jr.; Jacqualyn Cherri-Kerr; Alesia Chase; Richard Chase; Damon Paul Prestia; and Sommer Chase-Delacruz. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren – Audriana Boomguard; Zachary Kerr; Joseph Prestia; Kaelin Brown; Gavin and Tyson Pittman; Allie Chase; Payton and Seeley Prestia; Maddon and Cadence-Delacruz; Hannah, Gabe, and Laura Serek.

Family and friends are invited to gather at Rock Hill Church 180 (2685A Celanese Rd, Rock Hill, SC) on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 beginning at 1 PM to remember and celebrate her time with us on this side of Heaven.
