Clifford Arthur Duncan

Clifford Arthur Duncan, age 82, passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 in Sebring, Florida. He was born on November 28, 1933 in Whitley County, Kentucky to the late Earl and Minnie Mae (Steely) Duncan. Cliff was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army. He spent his career as an engineer in the Steel Industry.  He moved to Sebring in 2004 and was a member of Sunridge Baptist Church where he was very active. He loved spending time reading God’s word. Cliff was preceded in death by his first wife of 49 years, Hazel. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Jean Duncan-Sebring, FL, children, Karen S. Pennington-Sebring, FL; Donna Kay Fonk-Crestwood, KY;  Harold Duncan-Dayton, OH, siblings, Earnest; Frank; Betty, Hazel and Sarah, step-children, Penny Huebsch; Marsha Renn; Debra Lees, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  Services will be held at Sunridge Baptist Church, 3704 Valerie Boulevard in Sebring on December 15th a time of remembrance 5:30-6:30 and celebration service 6:30.
