Clarence Phillip Smith Jr., age 49, passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2023 in Sebring, Florida. He was born on January 11, 1974 in Sebring, Florida to Clarence Phillip Smith Sr. and Vida Mae Lamar. Clarence worked as a heavy equipment operator in the agricultural industry and has been a lifelong resident of Highlands County. Clarence is survived by his father; sisters – Angie, Patricia, Cynthia and Edna Lynn Lozier; brother – Zachariah Palmer; step-children – Heather Berry and Joey Berry. He was preceded in death by his mother.
