CLARENCE EDWARD JAGGARS Clarence Edward Jaggars, 74, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2011, in Sebring. He was born August 5, 1937, to Carol Edward and Wanda (East) Jaggars, in El Paso, Texas, and had been a resident of Sebring since 1999, coming from Miami, Florida. He was a Supervisor with Miami-Dade Traffic Signs and Signals. He is survived by his wife, Donna Jaggars of Sebring; Son, Brice Jaggars, Miramar, FL; daughter, Traci Ellison, Ft. Lauderdale, FL; step-children, Robert Knaus, Ellenton, FL and Christine Laing, Mooresville, NC and six grandchildren.
