Clarence Lincoln Howard, Jr .“Bud”, age 87, passed away Saturday, January 9, 2021 in Sebring, Florida. He was born December 7, 1933 in Waycross, Georgia to the late Clarence Lincoln and Madeline (Tillman) Howard, Sr. Bud had been a resident since 1966 coming from Waycross, GA, was a member of Living Waters Church of God and was a veteran serving in the US Navy. He loved to tinker and build things. He also loved to help people and could fix about anything. Bud is survived by his Sons – Michael Stewart of GA; Clarence L. Howard III “ Sonny” of Sebring, FL; Gregory Howard of Sebring, FL; seven Grandchildren and two Great-Grandchildren.
