Clara "Charlie" Edwards

CLARA CHARLIE EDWARDS Clara Charlie Edwards, 67, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Sunday, October 2, 2011, at her home. She was born August 25, 1944, to Charles and Viola (Beyke) Swank in Greenville, Ohio, and had been a resident of Sebring since 1988, coming from Portland, Indiana. She was of the Catholic faith and was a member of the Elks; Moose and Eagles. She was founder of the Highlands Classic Cruises and enjoyed car shows and spending time with her family and friends. With her husband, she operated the Edwards Motors and Charlies RV. She is survived by her husband of 47 years Jerry Edwards of Sebring; sons, Jerry Lee Edwards and Bradley Edwards (Jessica Nichol) and daughter, Judy Guilmette (Steve Tompkins), all of Sebring; brother, Charles Swank, Greenville, Ohio; sisters, Margaret Floyd, Ansonia, Ohio; Mary Armstrong, Greenville, Ohio; Norma Brandenburg, Mountain Home, Arkansas and Nellie Neff, Greenville, Ohio; grandchildren, Tyler, Chaz and Katelyn Edwards; Zachary Weed and Jordyn Donahay and great-grandson, Gavyn Edwards. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ed Whitesell. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 5, 2011, at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, Sebring, with Rev.
