Clara Elaine Bair

Clara Elaine Bair, 94, of The Palms of Sebring, Florida, for three years, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2013, in Sebring. She was born January 4, 1919, to Thomas and Sarah Edna (Settle) Sanders in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, and had been a resident of Sebring since 1978, coming from Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. She was owner of Radio Station WNCC in Barnesboro, Pennsylvania and was a member of Calvary Church in Sebring. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, J. Howard Bair and is survived by her daughters, Joan Winger (Pete) of Sebring and Carol Taylor (Tom) of Yardley, Pennsylvania; brother, Neil Sanders (June) of Carlisle, Pennsylvania; grandchildren, Kristin Taylor (Josh), Nokomis, FL; Matt Winger (Jennifer Sabbatino), St. Petersburg Beach, FL; Joe Taylor (Dana), Newtown, CT and Michael Taylor, Philadelphia, PA; great-grandchildren, Blaike Taylor; Max Taylor; Violet Taylor and Taylor Branch. She was preceded in death by her grandchild, Stephen "Chuck" Taylor of Bozeman, Montana. Private family services will be held. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to The Palms Recreation Fund, 725 South Pine Street, Sebring, Florida 33870.
