Christopher Robert Young

Christopher Robert Young, age 40, passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 in Sebring, Florida. He was born on September 24, 1976 in Avon Park, Florida to the late Roger R. Young and Gwen Young (Minor) of Sebring, FL.  He was a lifelong resident of Highlands County and was of the Christian faith.  Christopher loved football and was a huge Bucs fan.  He loved cooking, enjoyed watching movies and spending time with his children.  Chris was loved and will be missed by many.  Survivors include his soulmate: Kelley Columbie; children, Brianna Young, Kennedy Young, Harbor Young and Alexandrea Columbie; step-daughter: Breanna Columbie; mother: Gwen Young; sister: Nikki Young; step-siblings: Kevin Young; Beverly Young Williams and Barbara Young Haley.   A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 8, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring, Florida.
