Christine Nolen

Christine Nolen, age 57, passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2016 in Lorida, Florida. She was born on December 18, 1958 in Letcher County, Kentucky to the late Willie and Diane (Hendrix) Holbrooks. Christine moved to this area in 1988. A few of her hobbies were horseback riding, air boating and fishing. But eating a big bowl of ice cream was something she loved.  She loved her family with all her heart and she will be greatly missed. Survivors include her husband, William Nolen-Lorida, FL; children, Travis Nolen (Katie)-Sebring, FL, Josh Nolen-Lorida, FL; brothers and sisters, Winfred Holbrook-TX, Darrel Holbrook-KY, Milfred Holbrook-KY, Mellie Standifer (David)-KY, Pauline Combs-KY, Gladys Holbrook-KY; her beloved grandchildren, Connor and Paityn Nolen and her sister and brother-in-law’s  who loved her dearly.  There will be a memorial service on Friday, July 8, 2016, 3:00 pm, at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring with W. Mike Adams officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 pm.
