CHARRIE E. BLAKE Charrie E. Blake, 87 of Sebring, FL, passed away on September 10, 2012. She was reunited with her husband of 51 years, William C., and is survived by her son, Jeffrey (Laurie) of Sarasota, FL, granddaughter, Lindsay, and numerous nieces and nephews-Ruth Provo, (Mt. Morris, NY), Sue Maccallini and Jean Verzillo (Rochester, NY), Alan Herrick (Dansville, NY), Carol Day, Jane Behnk, and Julie Gray (Dansville, NY), Kay Giardina (Jacksonville, FL), Billy Seymour (Jackson, TN), Martin Bowes and Kent Waltman (Dansville, NY), Gale Schulz (Carson, CA), and David Gerling (Rochester, NY), and numerous great nieces and nephews, and many many friends. Charrie was born and raised in Dansville, NY and later moved to Rochester, NY where she met and married William C. Blake. She graduated from Highland Hospital with a Nursing Degree and worked as an operating Nurse at St. Mary's Hospital for many years after serving in the Cadet Nursing Corps. She was involved with many organizations in Sebring over the years, including the American Red Cross and Nu Hope. Carrie was an avid believer in exercise, loved to read and enjoyed music. She was always eager to give a helping hand to her neighbors and others. She was loved by all who knew her, and we were all truly blessed by Charrie's love and friendshipshe will be greatly missed.
