Charlotte J. Lee, of Sebring, Florida passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2023. She was born on September 14, 1938 in Whiting, IA to Howard and Dorothy Queen. After a long career as office manager of the Highlands Soil and Water Conservation District, Charlotte spent Spring and Summer in her hometown of Soldier, IA and Fall and Winter in Sebring. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Bill E. Lee. She is survived by son, John Clark (Bobbie), of Sebring, FL and grandson, Matthew Clark, of Renton, WA According to her wishes, there will be no formal services.
