Charles E Segert

Charles E. Segert, age 88, of Lake Placid, Florida passed away Friday, April 27, 2018.  He was born May 29, 1929 in Amherst, Ohio to Emil Charles and Ruth Muriel (Smith) Segert.  He worked as an Air Traffic Controller, served in the U.S. Army from 1953-1956, was a member of the American Legion, Moose Lodge, VFW, and has been a Lake Placid resident since 1979, coming from Plantation, Florida.  Charles is survived by his wife – Nancy Segert of Lake Placid, Florida; Sons – Raymond Segert; William “Bill” Segert (Terri); Daughter – Linda Cloud (Jason); Grandchildren – Brittany LaGrow; Megan LaGrow; and Dillon Cloud.  He is preceded in death by his Parents and Son – Steven Segert.
