Charles David Randall

Charles David Randall, age 60, passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 in Tampa, Florida. He was born on September 24, 1961 in Avon Park, Florida to John D. Jr., and Shirley June (Anderson) Randall. Charles worked for the State of Florida in the agricultural industry, and has been a lifelong resident of Highlands County. Charles enjoyed working outdoors, he was a hard worker. He loved his family, and enjoyed watching the 12 hours of Sebring. He is survived by his brothers, John and James Randall; sister, Debbie Randall; half-sister, Lisa Boob, longtime girlfriend, Denise Khan; many cousins, nieces, nephews and a host of family to mourn his passing. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Terry Lee Randall.
