Charles Douglas Lucas

Charles Douglas Lucas, age 65 passed away on March 17, 2017. He had been a resident of Avon Park, Florida since 2008 coming from Waynesville, North Carolina. Charles proudly served his country during the Vietnam war in the United States Navy. He is survived by his wife Emma Lou, his children, Louisa Lucas of Pine Bluff, NC; Cecilia Rivera (Joe) of Avon Park, FL; Priscilla Ambrose (Jimmy) of Bean Station, TN and his siblings, Donna Sue Croft, Delaney Bass, Cookie, Deidra, Virgil Lucas and Terry Bass. Interment will be witnessed by the family at Sarasota National Cemetery.
