Charles "Chuck" H. Haislip

CHARLES CHUCK H. HAISLIP Charles Chuck H. Haislip, age 62, of Avon Park, Florida passed away Saturday, December 24, 2011 in Sebring, Florida. He was born February 14, 1949 in Beaufort County, North Carolina to Charles Hubert Haislip, Sr. and Madie Phelps Haislip. He worked in Sales, of Church of Christ Faith, served in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War, and has been a resident of Avon Park, FL since 2009, coming from North Carolina. He is survived by his three children Sons Brad Haislip (Kristy) and Dale Haislip both of Avon Park, FL; Daughter Misty Moore (Todd) of Lake Placid, FL; Brothers George Haislip of Wilson, NC and Terry Haislip of Knightville, NC; and 5 Grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held at a later date in Plymouth, NC. Memorial Contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice, 1110 Hammock Road, Sebring, FL 33870.
