Charles E. Batz, III, age 75, passed away Thursday, April 27, 2017 in Sebring, Florida. He was born to Charles H. and Rita (Schierer) Batz, Jr. on January 30, 1942. Charles was a plumber by trade and a member of Local #519 Plumbers Union and National Plumber’s Union. He moved to Sebring in 1982 from Miami. Survivors include his wife: Peggy Ann Batz, two sons: Brad Batz and Jeff Batz all of Sebring, FL, brother: Leonard Batz-Spring Hill, FL, sister: Eileen Anderbery-Axtell, NE, and six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. There will be a visitation with the family on Tuesday, May 2, 2017, 5:00-7:00 p.m., at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring.
