Charlene Spiker, 69, of Sebring, FL passed away on Tuesday, August 28, 2018.  She was born on January 22, 1949 in Rockaway Beach, New York to Charles M. Burkhardt and Mary Talton.  She is survived by her daughters; Sandra Blanco (Arcadio) of Sebring and Carolyn Carrodegua (Jose) of Sebring, preceded by Debra Diaz.  One sister, Marie (Robert) Bethel of Orlando, FL. Charlene moved here in 1989 from Key West. Charlene belonged to the First Assembly of God Church.  She enjoyed camping, gardening, loves American Indians, her dog Buba, boating, fishing and loved her family. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, August 31, 2018 at 1:00pm with Visitation at 12:00pm at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring. Memorial contributions can be made to the ASPCA.
