Celia Gamez 73, passed away on October 25, 2017. She was born on April 21, 1944 in La Yerbabuena Michoacan, Mexico to Jose M. Gamez and Maria A. Luna. Celia had been a resident of Avon Park since 1985, and she was employed by the Citrus Industry. She is survived by her husband Francisco Luna; brothers Jorge L. Gamez, Enrique Gamez, and Jose Gamez; sisters Ignacia Gomez, Amalia Gamez and Ana B. Gamez. Celia was predeceased by her Parents and seven siblings. A visitation will take place on Sunday, October 29th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Stephenson Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park and the funeral mass will take place on Monday October 30th at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Avon Park, FL. Interment will follow at Bougainvillea Cemetery
