Cecelia Trainor

Cecelia Trainor, age 101, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2017 in Avon Park, Florida. She was born January 20, 1916 in Carnegie, Pennsylvania to Peter and Catherine (Wodzinski) Komoroski. She moved to Highlands County in 1989 from Sweeny, Texas and was a Polish Catholic by faith. She enjoyed golf with 3 hole in ones, hosting parties and spending time with her friends at Crystal Lake Club. Most of all Cele loved her family and spent many hours caring for them in their times of need. She is survived by one son: George "Jet" Trainor (Paulette)-Avon Park, FL, three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by five nieces and nephews, one very special niece: Kay Nelson (Boyd)-Avon Park, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband: George E. Trainor and six brothers and two sisters. There will be a graveside service Wednesday, April 26, 2017, 10:00 a.m., at Lakeview Memorial Gardens Chapel with W. Mike Adams officiating.
