Carol Mary Jacob

Carol Mary Jacob, RN, BSN, age 72, passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 in Sebring, Florida.  She was born January 11, 1945 to the late James R. and Margaret May (Mack) Snow in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Carol enjoyed the beach, any kind of crafts, especially her miniatures, and her family.  She was an excellent cook and baker, and dedicated her life to nursing and her children.  She is survived by her husband of 48 years Richard M. Jacob; Children: Richard L. Jacob of Chalfont, PA; Diane C. Soden of Thorndale, PA; Daniel A. Jacob of Philadelphia, PA; Meredith A. Adams of Ridley Park, PA; Andrew J. Jacob of Avon Park, FL; Allison L. Martin of Sebring, FL; Nicholas A. Jacob of Waianae, HI; Julia Jacob Hernandez of Sebring; FL; sister - Margaret Kelley of Tyler, TX; niece - Erin M Kelly of Tyler TX: 14 Grandchildren and one Great-Grandchild.  Funeral Services will be held Monday, October 16, 2017 at 11:00am at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Avon Park, FL.  Visitation will be held prior to service from 9:30am to 10:30am at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park, FL.  Burial arrangements will take place at a later date in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne, PA.  Donations in lieu of flowers can be made in her memory to Good Shepard Hospice for SHH, 1110 Hammock Rd, Sebring FL 33870.
