CARMEN NELIDA FRANCISCO Carmen Nelida Francisco, age 68, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Thursday, October 24, 2013 at her home. She was born December 20, 1944, to Candelario Valles and Maria Jobita Pacheco in Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico, and had been a resident of Sebring since 1993, coming from New Jersey. She was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith. She loved to garden, reading, cooking and loved her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Israel Francisco, Sebring, FL; children Freddie Francisco, Sebring, FL; Enid Tozer, Sebring, FL; Wender (Wendy) Francisco, Green Brook, NJ; Edwin (Terri) Francisco, Lincoln Park, NJ; siblings Ruben Valles; Angel Valles; Fabio Valles; Gloria Reyes; Juan Valles; nine grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 29, 2013, at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring with funeral services following at 2:00 p.m., with Father Gonzalez officiating, followed by interment at Pinecrest Cemetery.
