Carl Abraham Johnson of Sebring, FL, passed away on May 4, 2025 at the age of 95. He was born February 12, 1930 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Elmer and Marie Johnson.

A proud veteran, Carl served his country honorably in the United States Army during World War II, from 1947-1950. Following his military service, he dedicated his career to the Sheet Metal Union as a sheet metal worker.

Carl was very active in his community. He was a member of the VFW Post 4300, a part of the Democratic Executive Committee, a member of the Union Sheet Metal Workers (local 32 & 73), a passionate soccer coach, a past general contractor, a past president of Johnson & Johnson Wood Products, and a past president of Johnson & Johnson Growers INC.

He is survived by his daughter Brenda Johnson of Sebring, FL; his son Carl Adam Johnson of Avon Park, FL; his five cherished grandchildren twelve great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren who carry forward his legacy of resilience, integrity, and devotion. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Nancy, his parents Elmer and Marie, and his daughter Nanell Brandt.

Carl will be remembered for his courage, bravery, strength, and strong work ethic. He will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.
