Calvin Jasper Barwick

Calvin Jasper Barwick, age 88 passed away Monday, May 6, 2013 in Avon Park, Florida. He was born in Arcadia, Florida to Nathan and Roena (Lanier) Barwick. He was a car inspector for the railroad, he served in the United States Marines during World War II, and he was of the Baptist faith, a lifetime member of the Moose, Elks and VFW and had been a resident of Avon Park since 2005 coming from Wauchula, Florida. He is survived by his daughter-Bonnie (Jerry) Arsenault of St. Cloud, Florida and son-Gary Barwick of Ona, Florida; grandson-Joseph L. (Krystina) Arsenault; 7 great grandchildren-Colleen, Shelby, Shauna, Destiny, Serenity, Bentlee and Tinley and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Barwick was preceded in death by his wife-Mabel Barwick; 2 sisters-Carlie Ernest and Inez Keene Wright and a brother-Harold Barwick.
