Buddy L. Marine

Buddy L. Marine, age 84, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 in Sebring, Florida.  He was born on November 30, 1932 to the late Glen and Nora (Keiser) Marine in Seminole County, Oklahoma.  Buddy had been a resident since 1959 coming from Indiana. He was a member of Calvary Church in Sebring.  He had proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.  He had been a member of The Gideons International, served his church as a deacon and was the Co-Owner of Marine Bros. Construction Company in Lake Placid.  He loved his family and enjoyed the time he spent with them.  Buddy is survived by his wife, Shirley A. Marine of Sebring; his two sons, Jeffrey Marine (Cristine) of South Carolina and Timothy Marine (Debi) of Sebring.  He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.  A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, 4001 Sebring Parkway, Sebring, Florida.  Memorial contributions may be made in Buddy’s name to The Gideons International, Sebring Camp, P.O. Box 1635,  Sebring, Florida 33871.
