BRUCE ALLEN SZEWC Bruce Allen Szewc, 53, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2011. He was born December 29, 1957, to Richard and Rayanna (Bright) Szewc in Lapeer, Michigan, and had been a resident of Sebring for over 20 years, coming from Kalamazoo, Michigan. He was owner and operator of Highlands Water Treatment Center; was formerly active in the Jaycees and was a member of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. He also had volunteered at the Humane Society. He is survived by his mother, Rayanna Szewc of Sebring; sister, Helen Mitchell of Columbiaville, Michigan and two nephews. Services will be held at a later date in Michigan. Those who wish may make memorial donations to Habitat for Humanity, 137 S. Commerce Ave., Sebring, FL 33870 in his memory.
