Bruce Wayne Felter

Bruce Wayne Felter, age 72, passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 in Sebring, FL. He was born on August 23, 1949 in Middletown, NY to Woodrow Wilson and Lillian H. (Decker) Felter. Bruce has been a resident of Sebring for 2-1/2 years, coming from Green Bay, WI. He enjoyed motorcycles, old fashioned cars, and he liked to watch war movies. He is survived by his loving son – Grayson Felter (Amber);  brother- Stephen Felter (Patti) his children – Malinda Wisniewski (Shaun), Tammy Reese (Dwayne;) Shannon Schmit (Tyler) ; brother-Edward Felter (Joanne) his children- Edward Felter Jr., Russell Felter, Melissa Smith, Joe Decker, David Snyder; brother -Richard Felter, his children – Wendy Hutton, Linda Howard, Yvonne Goodman, Barbie Felter, Richie Felter; brother -Tommie White;  sisters- Lorena Clark; Linda Dickinson Finch; many nieces and nephews. Also surviving is 1 grandchild Harley Felter. He was preceded in death by his parents, step-father Charles Snyder, brother Michael White.
