Bonnie J. Howell

Bonnie J. Howell, age 73, passed away on March 25, 2016 at home in Sebring, Florida. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on August 17, 1942. Her late parents were James and Evelyn (Moore) VanOstran of Key Largo, Florida.

Bonnie moved to Sebring from Hialeah, Florida in 1988 and worked for the Florida Highway, Safety and Motor Vehicle Department as a Driver’s License supervisor in the Lake Placid office until it closed. Some of Bonnie’s favorite past-times were reading, traveling, bowling and watching HGTV.  She especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Wisor of Longwood, FL; son,
Cliff and his wife Kay of Sebring, FL; grandchildren, Katie, Kristina and Kelly Wisor and Cole Howell, brother, Gary VanOstran and Valerie of Miami, FL, brothers-in-law, Billy Howell and Robbie of Lawrenceville, GA and Sewell Howell and Judy of Deltona, FL, sister-in-law, Pallie Batton and James of Davie, FL.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 52 years,
Hubert Howell in 2014, her sister, Doris Copeland and brother, Patrick Fulton.

She will be laid to rest on April 4, 2016,
at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL
